October 3rd at the Columbus Convention Center from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
**All NEORide Board Members and Alternates should attend the NEORide Annual Meeting.
Meeting Highlights:
- Election of Officers
- 2023 Strategic Goals, Dues and Budget
- NEORide Executive Board Volunteers
- Reports on all current initiatives
The EZfare Summit will provide multiple tracks:
- Executive Staff will discuss the current EZfare product and the next steps in development
- Customer Service, Fianance, IT and Marketing staff from EZfare member agencies can receive up-to-date training on all features of EZfare
- Non-EZfare agencies will learn about what's new in fare payments, what is EZfare and how to set up a regional fare payment system
