One Call Center

Funded by ODOT, a technology and feasibility study was completed to look at the development of a call center that would centralize all paratransit booking.


This new one-call center would be the next step in the journey to increase transit service in rural communities by integrating partnerships with urban transit systems. Transit systems would be able to pool resources reducing the need for redundancy of technology and staffing. In addition, by centralizing all booking, transit systems would have the ability to streamline cross-county paratransit trips providing enhanced service into rural communities.


NEORide recently received a second grant to for implementation of this project.
