Mobile Ticketing RFP

NEORide is seeking proposals for a Mobile Fare Ticketing System (EZfare) to multiple transit agencies.

The RFP, which includes the procurement schedule, may be obtained by downloading the document from NEORIDE’s website found at www.neoride.org. All questions should be directed to:

All proposals must be received on or before April 20, 2023 (moved to May 4, 2023 and now May 12, 2023) at 11:59PM (EST) at the address or email listed above.

The right is reserved to accept any proposal/bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all proposals/bids.

NEORide hereby notifies all proposers that, regarding any contract entered into pursuant to this RFP, advertisement or solicitation, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award.

Deadline for questions and clarifications: Friday, [03/24/2023], [2:00]PM EST This due date has been moved to Friday, 3/31/23 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Deadline for responses to questions and clarifications: Friday, [03/31/2023]

All questions will be answered via an addendum and posted on NEORIDE’s website at www.neoride.org. It is your responsibility to check the website for any and all addendums as it is a requirement of the RFP.

Proposal due date and time: Thursday, [04/20/2023] by [11:59]PM EST.

The proposal due date has been moved to Thursday, May 4 at 11:59 p.m. EST. A final extension of May 12, 2023 .

Presentations from Top 3 Bidders: Presentations will be scheduled with the Bidders and is TBD.
