For FY 2023, the Ohio Department of Transportation in coordination with NEORide, CALSTART, the International Transportation Learning Center and 10 rural and urban transit members submitted and were awarded $29,331,665 through a coordinated request to the Federal Transit Administration.

 

This project will focus on training current and future workers in good-quality careers, with the specific goal of working on low and no emission vehicles. This project is another step in helping the decarbonization transition for several major and rural transit systems.
